I just passed by CNN and saw Bush giving his 4th of July address. The reservists behind him looked as bored with him as he is with being president. As I watched the president of the United States of America rant and chuckle (yes chuckle) about sacrifices made to contain "terrah," I couldn't help thinking how broken our democracy is.
