I just received an update in the mail from Scott M. Stringer, Manhattan's borough president. Among other things, it claims: Fighting for New Affordable Housing: At the PS 51 development site, worked with the community to ensure that 600 affordable housing units will be constructed, along with a new school and a new facility for the Police Athletic League.
Six-hundred affordable apartments on the west side is nothing. Really, it's nothing (1. 2.).
