Seen On The FDR

I was walking my dog in the park adjacent to the FDR this afternoon and saw a frightening driver. The driver had one hand gripping a cell phone, one hand wagging an index finger, and no hand holding the wheel for the duration that I watched. Rush hour was in full effect. I was grateful for the large concrete barrier between us.
