Um sure. I think I'll start giving classes on these in Manhattan and Scarsdale. Yuppies love setting their money on fire for this sort of thing. I'll call myself Yogi Nate and show them how to gesture as they sit, stuck in traffic, in their BMW's.

Not that I have a problem with meditation or yoga. I don't. But, if you think you're going to modulate your immune system with hand gestures, I have some interpretive dance moves for enhancing eye color that you just might be interested in.
