I came across this list of 10 foods that are supposed to be good for me. So far I've added cinnamon, goji berries, and pumpkin seeds. The berries aren't so tasty, so I throw them in oatmeal or salads. The Swiss chard, beets, and cabbage are probably my next additions. I already like them, I just don't have them too often. I'm so unscientifically a sucker for this stuff.
