Nicholas Minucci is going to jail. From the article:

Minucci was accused of using what was referred to in court as the "n-word" during the assault. The defense argued that the epithet is so commonly used today among hip-hop fans of all races that it no longer has a predominantly racist connotation.

"No longer has a predominantly racist connotation" ... what? Oh yes it does have a racist connotation when it's a group of white guys assaulting a black person with a baseball bat!

The interaction ended with Moore [victim] suffering a fractured skull from a swipe of the baseball bat and having his sneakers stolen.
