The second one is especially peculiar. If you read the article, the only "division" is that some dems say that an independent investigation needs to happen. All the dems say that Ashcroft getting out of the way is a good thing. I doubt the dems not quoted as requesting investigation would decry the appointment of an independent investigator. The headline though does worse than blur that distinction, it creates an imaginary division in the party. What is wrong with author LARRY MARGASAK of the AP?
